Thank you for considering San Diego Roofing for your roofing needs. Before we start any work, it is important that we establish a clear understanding of our terms and conditions.

  1. Scope of Work: Our scope of work will be defined in our proposal and any subsequent agreements between the client and San Diego Roofing. Any additional work not included in the original proposal will require a change order and additional fees may apply.
  2. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. San Diego Roofing accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Any accounts past due may be subject to collection and legal fees.
  3. Permits and Inspections: San Diego Roofing will obtain any necessary permits and inspections required by local building codes and regulations.
  4. Workmanship Warranty: San Diego Roofing provides a workmanship warranty for all completed work. Any defects or issues with the workmanship will be addressed and corrected at no additional cost to the client.
  5. Materials Warranty: Materials used in the roofing project may be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. San Diego Roofing will provide the client with any relevant warranty information.
  6. Liability Insurance: San Diego Roofing carries liability insurance to protect both the client and San Diego Roofing from any damages that may occur during the project.
  7. Safety: San Diego Roofing is committed to maintaining a safe work environment for our employees and clients. We follow all safety protocols and regulations.
